OUR ASSESSMENTS AND RECOVERY SESSIONS ARE PUT TOGETHER TO NOT ONLY HELP YOU TRACK PROGRESS, BUT ALSO GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO BETTER UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. IN THE END, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO LEARN HOW YOUR BODY CHANGES THROUGH NUTRITION, TRAINING, RECOVERY, STRESS, & LIFE; WHILE LEARNING HOW TO IMPLEMENT SMALL CHANGES INTO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE THAT WILL LEAD TO ACHIEVING AMAZING RESULTS.

Goal Mapping Session

Meet with our certified head coach to review your goals, health history, injuries, etc. We will also do an initial weigh-in and body fat assessment to see where your starting point us and discuss what we need to do to get you to your goal. You'll leave with calorie & macro recommendations as well as a game plan to move forward on your health journey!

     Do you ever catch yourself leaning to one side when you stand? Always crossing your legs when you sit? What about starring at the computer screen all day? These habits can lead to imbalances over time, leading to more complex injuries/issues down the road. By identifying weak muscles, tight muscles, & poor posture, we can not only improve our technique during training & life, but relieve chronic pain. Assessment includes:

Neuromuscular Release

     Feeling stiff through your lower back? Catch yourself having headaches? Stiff joints? Then you might have myofascial trigger point(s). MTPS (Myofascial trigger points) are caused by injury, over training, stress, poor posture, & muscular imbalances. These knot-like bundles build-up in our muscle bands and soft tissue leading to pain, limited range of motion (ROM), poor blood flow, and toxin build up! During a N.M.R session we'll use hands on practices, similar to a massage, to help "release" and "manipulate" these MTPS. Along with working through these MTPS, we'll prescribe a few corrective exercises and stretches to help prevent future MTPS.

No more awkward pinching with calipers to measure body fat; by using ultra-sound technology, wecan accurately & effectively measure fat AND muscle thickness. With our body assessment, we're able to not only track body composition, but also track the effectiveness of a training and/or nutrition program.
